Alfred was born in Wisconsin but moved to Oregon with his family at an early age.
It's tough to read, but at the base of the marker the inscription says "Here rests a Woodman of the World." I'm not going to attempt to "clean" the marker for the sake of a photograph, but in person, from inches away, it's obvious to me as an officer in this category, that it is a Woodman marker. There is also a Woodman emblem above Mr. Moullet's name, but due to the lichens covering it, this is hard to decipher.
