This nice red Coin-Op Binocular is installed on the top of the Braunsberg hill above Hainburg an der Donau town in Lower Austria.
You can find it right on the edge of parking lot on the hill view great view over Hainburg with dominating ruin of Heimoburg and river Danube.
Official price for the view is 50 cents or 1 euro for unspecified time, but it is interesting that you don't have to drop the coin inside - binocular is "broken" and works well even without coins, it's priceless :)
