This building stands in Little India of Georgetown, on the pleasant island of Penang, in West Malaysia. Not much to say, the building is in good repair, and still houses a small business, and most likely the family in the rooms above. The Chinese writing is most likely the name of the original owner, but I was not able to procure a translation in my short time there.
