Die kleine Wallfahrtskapelle zeigt exemplarisch die Wechselfälle der bewegten pfälzischen Geschichte auf: 1470 im Stile der Spätgotik erbaut, im nächsten Jahrhundert zerfallen, 1663 wieder aufgebaut, im Gefolge der Französischen Revolution 1794 zerstört, 1952 letztmals wiederaufgebaut.
The small waychapel exemplifies the vicissitudes of moving Palatine history: Built in 1470 in the style of late Gothic, disintegrate in the next century, rebuilt in 1663, destroyed in the wake of the French Revolution in 1794, the last time in 1952 rebuilt.
