Across the street from the Garland Theater, I'm guessing they've picked up a lot of business from theatre goers over the years. Reviews of Kim's at
Urban Spoon are, typically, mixed, but lean more toward the good side than the bad side, which is a good thing. And free soup can't hurt their reputation, either.
They have off street parking for about 16 cars, and in the evening, more is available from daytime only businesses nearby. Possibly influenced by their neighbor, the Garland Theater, they have a pretty big and impressive sign.
