This bell tower is located on top of a former warehouse in St Katharine's Dock to the east of Tower Bridge in London.

The single bell, that can be seen from the ground, is in a purpose built brick structure. With the clearance between the pivit structure ant top of the bell tower arch it would appear that the bell could rotate through 360°. Given its location, it may well have been used as a fire bell.
The warehouse is a Grade II listed building and the entry at the English Heritage website although brief does mention the bell turret:
Early C19. Stock brick T shaped building. Stone cornice with blocking course. Companile with 3 light arch and with round window. Additional bell turret. 4 storeys, 4 windows to southern facade. Ground floor has semi-circular arches to arcade.
