The square, brick built tower has a clock on each side and it would appear that the tower was purpose buit to house the clock. The faces are slightly recessed and have a white, stone, circular back drop.
The marks appear to be pressed from a single sheet of metal with three rings, hour marks, minute marks and a geometric centre design on show. The rings are gold in colour with the outer pair having the minute marks, coloured black, between them and the inner pair of rings having the hour marks between them. They are also black and are Roman numerals as used on a clock face. The geometric design, six diamond shapes, are also gold in colour. The hands, also black, are a simple design and do not have tails.
