This monument, placed by the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, is located near the assembly area within Willamette National Cemetery. One side of the marker reads: PEARL HARBOR SURVIVORS MEMORIAL. The opposite side features the association's logo and text that says: REMEMBER PEARL HARBOR - KEEP AMERICA ALERT; IN MEMORY OF THE CASUALTIES AND SURVIVORS OF THE ATTACK ON PEARL HARBOR, OAHU, HAWAII, DECEMBER 7, 1941
