"Henry Charles "Booty" Singleton was born on 3 Jul 1917. He died on 7 Jun 1983. He was buried in Mayport Cemetery, Mayport, FL. He married Valeska Rosalynn "Val" Guthrie. Henry was employed as in Shrimper. He joined religion on 20 Jan 1933 in Joined Mayport Presbyterian Church by confession of faith.. He was baptized in Jan 1933 in Mayport Presbyterian Chuirch, Mayport, FL.

ABOUT THE CEMETERY
"The family cemetery has about 500 marked graves, the oldest dating back to Cinder Sallas, who was said to have been killed by Indians in 1834. The cemetery is also home to the King, Arnau and Floyd families, who migrated to the area from a settlement in New Smyrna Beach. The plot is also where ancestors of the Singleton seafood restaurant family and Capt. Claude Phillips, an Amoco president, were buried."
