Boulder City's Reflections Park serves as a sculpture garden. This work is about 12 feet tall and seems to be made mostly of rebar. The figure, planted on a cement base, seems to depict a strange being standing and wearing a multi-layered gown of some sort...and with wings. The face does not appear to be human...but more rodent-like and has a spiked headdress.
Unfortunately there is no sign at the site indicating the artist, title or date.
