This American Legion War Memorial has been placed in the Valley Community Cemetery, in the little hamlet of Valley, WA

The cemetery is on the north edge of Valley and the memorial is directly ahead as one enters the cemetery, near the west end. The obelisk and plaques were placed by the American Legion. The larger plaque reads: "In Memory of All Veterans of All Wars". The obelisk is next to a flag pole.
This memorial obelisk is one of many we have found in cemeteries of the area, and, I suspect, one of hundreds of similar ones throughout the country.
