Ross Ragland Cultural Center are a number of donated bricks embedded in the sidewalk, each containing the names of individuals who donated to the Cultural Center fundraiser project that that was established in 1997. This center stands next to a former movie theater known as the Esquire Theater, a movie theater that existed for many decades until it closed in the mid-1980s. There are approximately 200 bricks that make up this sidewalk from many prominent citizens and local businesses. The City of Klamath Falls purchased the building and the accompanying theater in the mid-1980s then donated it to the Ross Ragland Foundation as a permanent home to host social events.
