We are proud of our Oregon Institute of Technology Hustlin’ Owls. The OIT Men’s Basketball Team basketball team coached by Danny Miles were the NAIA Division II 2008 National Champions!
Directions: Our Lodge is downtown at 601 Main Street, Klamath Falls, OR. There is also parking at the back for Elk members and Restaurant Patrons.
The back entrance has the elevator to the Elks Lodge on the third floor. Our Lodge Office hours are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12 - 4 pm.
This lodge once operated the restaurant where El Palacio now resides. The lodge had its own home in a neighborhood near Klamath Lake but it burned down in a fire in 1996. Before the fire occurred the lodge had a swimming pool that was very popular for lodge members' families during the summer months. I attended an event at the lodge shortly before the fire. The land the lodge resided at was eventually bought by a developer years later and many new homes were built on the old property. Any Klamath local who's lived here for more than 25-30 years most likely remembers the 'old Elks Lodge by the Lake'.
