From the intersection with US97 in Redmond, travel E on Evergreen Avenue, then generally ESE on ORE126 for about 3.3 miles. Park and walk S, cross-county through light brush, for 3.0 mile to the corner.

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found three blazed and scribed western juniper trees each with a brass washer nailed on the face blaze. Also found two blazed and scribed western junipers from the original survey. Yellow BEARING TREE tags are affixed to all five trees. Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, this corner bears S1.3°E from WAYMARK WMK89W, 2648' distant.

Survey history is found in Deschutes County Surveyors Office, Oregon Corner Restoration Record No. 1255.
Corner is on the Deschutes-Crook Counties boundary and on the Third Standard Parallel South. Bureau of Land Management land in all directions.
