Timothy Lee is employed to look after his brother in law, Sid, window cleaning round. Sid’s customers expect a little extra from Sid, and Sid is now shattered by being a father. Timothy does his best at keeping the customers happy, but he is somewhat accident prone. Timothy has little success with his police woman girlfriend, Liz. In the end he proposes to Liz. Unfortunately the accident prone Timothy gets waylaid on the way to the church.
