A rectangular two-stepped stone base surmounted by a rectangular plinth. Upon this plinth is a stone lion depicted lying down, with its face turned slightly to the left. The upper step & plinth bear incised inscriptions infilled in black. The whole memorial is surrounded by a kerb & gravel rectangular area.
