Unconventional, as holiday displays go, but if there is snow this location will have a snow-based display, accented with food coloring. One of thepicture features the artist, Kirk Smith next to his 2/23/2014 creation.

This location had a dragon (or some other creature) in 2013 and another earlier 2014. On the day (Feb 23, 2014), I drove by and noticed that a whole new creation was underway, so I stopped to inquire. I met the artist, who told me he has an arrangement with the business owner at this very visible East Avenue location, and expects to continue making these as long as the snow permits.
