This circa 1926, 16 story office building was designed by Preston Bradshaw in
a Renaissance style. The building had a shopping arcade on the first floor and
offices above. The building was nearly vacant until a recent renovation. The
building was converted to 222 loft apartments, extensive first floor retail
space and a large underground parking area. (Due to construction in the area I
was not able to get a good photo of the complete building.)
