The University of Oklahoma being nearby, means that downtown Norman always has many students shopping and eating in the downtown area. Quite a few bicycle tenders are located in the downtown area, to make things easier for the students.
This pipe tender is shaped like a worm. Its body is formed into four segments, with head at ground level and the worm body above. What brings a smile to your face is the pair of glasses on the worm's face. That's how we know it's a bookworm, because worms that read a lot end up wearing glasses.
