Located in the downtown area, this series of 6 identical discs, 10" wide, lines the length of the sidewalk for one city block.

These appear to be bronze discs, 10" wide, set into the pavement at about 10' increments. They portray an open eye in the center, as well a full compass rose. The outer edge of the disc reads "YOU ARE HERE NOW", which is repeated three times.
I tried the "Compass Rose" category, but it falls below their width standard to be included. I believe it is public art, but cannot find any information about their title or artist.
I purposely left my shoe in the picture to help show some scale.
