This interesting piece of artwork resides at the southwest corner of 1st & Washington in downtown Phoenix. Rising about 20' at its peak, it is comprised of 3 8" stainless steel pipes that rise from the ground, and then twist around each other in the air.
It is another piece that has no plaque to offer a title or artist information. A visit to the office of the adjacent CitiScape Plaza revealed no information, either. So, I just enjoyed the view while I was there, and I think you will, as well . . .
