This fountain is located in Tsunami Landing Plaza and consists of a bronze abstract sculpture of seagulls and fish by Bruno Groth in a pool with six water jets playing on the sculpture.
There is a granite memorial stone in the pool wall dedicating the fountain to the victims of the 1964 tsunami.
