The sculpture is of a bald eagle arriving at its nest, holding a fish in its talons to feed the nestlings. It was made of sheet steel and steel bars by artist Chris Anderson. The steel nest sits atop a steel tree above a three faced clock, with four steel figures standing at the foot of the tree.
