The sculpture consists of four figures representing four occupations fundamental to the history of the Colville area. They are a trapper/hunter/fur trader, a native fishing for salmon in the Columbia River, a lumberjack and a prospector panning for gold. Created of formed sheet steel, they are quite lifelike, given the medium used. The four were done by Chris Anderson and mounted in 2013.
