Let me be honest: Museum Rahmi Koc is the best museum I ever visited, so this static train car is just another reason to visit the world of fantasy located in Istanbul.
The car was offered by the Kaiser of Germany, Whilhelm II to the Sultan V. Mehmet Resad in 1917. The two leaders had dinner together in here in 1917 and then it was kept as a VIP car for invitees of the Ottoman Empire.
It was found as wreck in a depot of the railways company and renovated by the Museum. The inside is also renovated and one can look although can not step in.
