Tsunami! mural on the Del Norte Office Supply building at 240 I Street in Crescent City, Ca. The mural depicts information related to the 1964 tsunami in Crescent City. There is a map of the wave origin location in Alaska, a map of the flooded area in Crescent City, a 1957 street scene, and two street scenes following the tsunami. Note the high water mark from the tsunami at the right end of the mural. The mural was completed on 6/21/08 as a Mural in a Day project with the lead artist being Art Mortimer.
