This paint on brick triptych is composed on the western wall of 117 W Franklin painted by Richard Brooks in 2012. These murals are placed on the newer building that replaced the Elk Building that collapsed in June of 2006. Like the other triptych on the other side of the pocket park, this is a series of older buildings around Clinton. Unlike the other triptych, these murals are painted directly on the cinder block wall - the center part is oval approximately 4 foot by 3 foot. The other two parts are square 3 foot by 3 foot.

The right part of the triptych is titled "The Britts House". This house is a yellow Victorian House with a three part bay window on the left side with a porch on the right side. The second story has two double sash windows. In the foreground is one-horse carriage. A woman in a yellow dress is being helped out of the carriage by a man in a dark Victorian suit. A footman tends the horse.

The center part is titled "Brown Mfg". A group of kids are lighting a whirly-gig, a firework made by Brown Manufacturing. The boys of the group look like they are trying to shoo the girls away. There is a horse and wagon with the Brown Mfg. signage on it. In the background are two of the churches of Clinton.

The left part is titled "Hotel Cozad". This is a three story red building in the background. A streetcar, a horse and rider, and a couple of horse and buggies complete the scene.
