This series of three murals, paint on wood panels, are attached to the eastern wall of 123 West Franklin. These murals were painted by Richard Brooks in 2012. Each part of of this triptych is approximately 3 foot by 5 foot.

The first part is titled "Old City Hall". It consists of a horse-drawn fire engine with a steam powered hose rushing past the old city hall.

The second part is titled "Dorman House". It consists of a Civil War skirmish in front of the Dorman House - a two-story red brick Federal style building. The Union soldiers are in the forefront defending a cannon. Confederate cavalry are in the background attacking the cannon.

The third part is titled "Henry County Court House". The Courthouse is in the background. Citizens, including a couple in "Sunday Finest" are pictured on the Courthouse grounds.
