Hillary's Project depicts a dog painting a portrait of another dog. The dog in the frame looks like a chocolate Labrador Retriever while the dog painter looks remarkably like Scooby Doo. He signed the portrait with a paw print. The painter is holding a paint brush with unused paints and rollers on the left.

The mural covers one complete wall of the Hillary Cleaners building.
