This was a surprise find on the busy streets of Jakarta, but there was no plaque that I could find. The sculpture consists of a twenty or more abstract, male figures, some holding tools, all looking earnestly out onto the street. They are maybe 50% larger than life-sized, each is near identical.
I could find no information online about this sculpture, nor did any local at my hotel have any ideal just what these chaps represented. No doubt something noble and inspiring. Well crafted.
