Etna Park is a small park and part of the Friends of Wiard Park System, which is comprised of a group of volunteers who maintain certain parks in Klamath Falls.
The following is taken from the Wiard Park District website and reads:
Welcome to the Wiard Park District website, where you will find information for reserving picnic shelters, event calendars, and descriptions of each District park.
Wiard Park District is a special taxing district operating six parks within the Klamath Falls suburban area. The mission of the Wiard Park District is to provide excellent park and recreation facilities at reasonable taxpayer cost. The park district is committed to enriching the lives of the residents of Klamath County by providing safe, welcoming parks and recreation facilities for people of all ages to play, learn, contemplate, build community and be good stewards of our environment.
Etna Park has just enough space to provide a good venue for a family reunion or group gathering and contains a couple of BBQ grills and a couple of picnic tables to cater to small events. The Park System requires guests to fill out a reservation form to reserve a time for special events.
