Bella Vista was planned as a resort village, but soon became more of a retirement settlement. However, it has become a place where folks who enjoy more peaceful surroundings dwell - even young families. Although it is rather populace, the winding roads and mature trees provide the feeling of being separated - elbow room - rather than the typical city atmosphere. This is one of the water towers that serves the village. You can drive right up to the (fenced-off) base of the tower.
