This clock is on the tower of Our Lady, sometimes known as St Mary's. church. It is at the north west corner of the church and on the north face therby giving good visibility of the time from Blackheath and beyond.

The clock is set into a purpose built stone recess. The face is round, painted black and has a gold line running around the circumference. The hour and minute marks are also gold in colour and have been painted directly on to the clock face. The hour marks are standard Roman numerals for a clock face with "IIII" being used instead of "IV" for the four. The hands, without tails, are simple in design and are also gold in colour.
