Located in the courtyard leading to the municipal library, the old millstone should belong to one of the mills located on the town. Unfortunately all disappeared. In the nearby town of Beauvoir / Niort, it remains one of the last mills with these wings mill Rimbault.
Située dans la cour menant à la bibliothéque municipale, cette ancienne meule devait appartenir à l'un des moulins situé sur la commune. Malheureusement tous ont disparus. Dans la commune voisine de Beauvoir/Niort , il reste un des derniers moulins avec ces ailes: le moulin Rimbault.
