This Contributing Building is probably the most plain we have ever seen, but it gets the job done.

This is a one-story brick building constructed c.1920. The single aluminum and glass entry door is on the right with four segmented display windows on the left. The clerestory and transom are extant. The upper wall is completely plain, with no embellishment or brick detail.

The building is currently listed for sale or rent. Several easels with artwork are displayed in the building.

Not included in the original historic district listed in 1979, this building has been added to the expanded boundary district listed in 2012. It is shown on Page 16 of the nomination.
