This is a one-story brick building with a single storefront. It is built in the commercial style and dates to approximately 1920. The entrance is on the left and consists of a single aluminum and glass door. Two large segmented display windows are on the right. The clerestory is intact and is covered by a cloth awning.

The upper wall has two recessed brick panels, and two rows of projected brick. The building is currently occupied by Main Street Tattoos.

The building was not included in the original district listed in 1979, but has been included in the expanded boundary district of 2012. It is listed on Page 16 of the nomination.
