This is the so-called 'Leonhardsbrunnen' (Leonhard Fountain) located at the 'Altheimer Straße' in Horb, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The fountains is also called 'Talbrunnen' (Valley Fountain).
It has been first mentioned in 1356 as the first fountain in Horb.
It has been demaged by a nearby fire in 2012. But nowadays it has been renovated.
On top of the fountain is a statue of St. Leonhard located.
There's no plaque with details at the fountain.
