The plaque reads:

In everlasting memory of our beloved
Kathryn Emma Mary Chapman
19 years old. Born in Melbourne Australia
11th December 1979 and died tragically
on the 3rd December 1999 at St Helier's
Hospital in Surrey. Kathryn was a student at
Blackheath High School and prayed at this
church. We will always treasure your loving
ways, your beautiful smile and your endless desire
to make others happy. Dearest Kathryn you are at
peace with the Lord and suffer no longer. You will
always be in out thoughts and prayers.
