There are two sections to this playground. A pirate ship & a castle which are separated by a shaded section with a couple of swings. There are trees for further shade & benches for parents.

The pirate ship has steps, board games, climbing poles, a bridge & slippery dip. The castle is quite tall allowing children to escape the pirates. If all this fails there is a slippery dip for a quick escape.

The ship is surrounded by blue plastic material, the castle by ground coloured plastic & both absorb falls.

There is a plaque near the castle that has pictures & descriptions of sailing ships that once plyed the coastal waters.
