Though the Westbank Library has moved around somewhat in its time, it has managed to remain at its present location for nearly two decades.

It is in the rear corner of the Westridge Centre Mall on the corner of Main Street (Highway 97) and Elliott Road in downtown Westbank. The library is a member of the
Okanagan Regional Library(ORL), which has a total of 29 branches in the Okanagan.
As well as free WIFI, the library has several terminals available for use. It offers children's programs, teens programs, an Information and Reference Service, many other services, and is a member of the BC OneCard service. The library also has a Friends of the Library society, formed in 2001.
Though the ORL was established in 1936, this, the Westbank Library, was established many years prior to that, though when I don't remember.
