The clock, like the building upon which it is mounted, looks fairly new and simple in design. It has two faces that are identical. The case is a simple, round structure that is black in colour. The face is white and may be translucent so that it can be back lit at night. The minute marks runa round the outer edge of the face and are black in colour. The hour marks are Roman numerals as used for a clock face with "IIII" being used instead of "IV" for the four. The marks are elegant by design and do not take up much of the face as is often seen with older clocks. The hands are a simple design and are coloured black with a gold line down their centres. They also have short tails.
