This Woodmen of the World marker is located within the historic Pioneer Cemetery in Centralia, Washington. The cemetery is located adjacent to the west side of Mountain View Cemetery - to reach it by vehicle, drive into Mountain View Cemetery and drive all the way through to the back of the cemetery.

The headstone marks the grave of James D. Minkler, whose wife Adeline Amanda Mead Minkler is also buried in this cemetery (but no headstone located). The marker is the traditional tree stump variety and features the words "Erected by the Woodmen of the World" near the base.
