This Woodmen of the World marker is located within the historic Pioneer Cemetery in Centralia, Washington. The cemetery is located adjacent to the west side of Mountain View Cemetery - to reach it by vehicle, drive into Mountain View Cemetery and drive all the way through to the back of the cemetery.

The headstone marks the grave of Chauncey G. Van Wormer, a New York native who settled in Centralia. The marker is the traditional tree stump variety and features the "Dum Tacet Clamat" symbol and the words "Here Rests a Woodmen of the World."
