Abe Andrews Park (formerly Norman City Park), was established in the late 1800s and has been the site of Norman recreation for decades.
This gazebo is constructed of wood, with wooden posts and brackets. A wood railing encircles the gazebo. The entrance is on the south side, with two steps. Built-in wooden benches line the remaining seven sides. The wood floor of the gazebo is interesting as it is sectioned into eight portions, with angled wood planking.
The roof is composition shingled and has a double cupola. The lower one is eight-sided with wood rail openings, while the upper cupola has wood slat sections on all eight sides.
