At the time of these photos, the building was vacant as the owner, Oxford Properties, prepares for the construction of a new tower that incorporates the original. A schematic drawing is included in the image gallery. The developer states "The building's south and east walls and all of the building's decorations will be carefully disassembled, cleaned, and stored is preparation for reconstruction as part of the new tower's exterior."
