"The cap of the mill is mobile, allowing to guide the sails depending on the wind direction.
The Mill of Apelação was recovered in 1998 and 2006, reviving the traditional techniques of processing wheat into flour and bread from this."
As can be seen in one of the pictures, its the only attraction worthy to be visited in the parish. :)
