The Village of Slocan Cemetery is located at 704 Arlington Road, in the SE end of Slocan. You can take either Main Street or Harold Street south to Arlington Road, turn left cemetery is about 500 metres on your right.

The Jean Bolen grave marker is made of cast concrete and sits on a base also made of concrete with hand prints embedded in the base. One can assume they are of family members. The inscription is made of aluminum formed letters. The marker is legible and in good condition.
