The Village of Slocan Cemetery is located at 704 Arlington Road, in the SE end of Slocan. You can take either Main Street or Harold Street south to Arlington Road, turn left cemetery is about 500 metres on your right.

The Ivan Cerovec grave marker is made of cast concrete and surrounded with bricks. There is a plaque mounted on the marker that appears to be laser engraved. It is a fairly small marker and it is still legible and in good condition.
The inscription is as follows:
