Kostel sv. Víta byl založen v roce 1309. Z druhé poloviny 14. století pochází zdivo lodí. K nové výstavbe kostela došlo v letech 1407 až 1439, kdy byl vysvecen. Na stavbe se jiste podíleli stavitelé z rozpadlé pražské huti, kterí šírili parlérovskou tradici. Kostel byl rozširován v letech 1638, 1725-1726 a ve druhé polovine 18. století. V 19. století (hlavne v letech 1893-1894) byl upraven a v letech 1899-1900 restaurován. Dukladná oprava vnitrku a zarízení byla provedena v roce 1936.

Church of St. Vitus was founded in 1309. From the second half of the 14th century comes masonry of naves. The new construction of the church was in the years 1407-1439, when the church was finaly consecrated. On the works certainly participated builders of dilapidated Prague hut, who spread tradition of Peter Parler. The church was extended in 1638 and 1725 to 1726 in the second half of the 18th century. In the 19th century (mainly 1893-1894) was modified and restored in 1899-1900. Careful repair of the interior and the equipment was made in 1936.
