El Paseo is a pilgrimage for the shopping types. Starbucks is a great place for a break from shopping or a spot for the non-shopper to wait. There are plenty of tables, indoors and outdoors (all year round). With a good book or wi-fi enabled device, it's the place to drink, eat and rest or wait. Being located right across the street from the visitor centre is also a plus.
